I show what I'm comfortable with. 👽 I manage my own page, which means that DM turnover is usually low, however, I get around to it eventually. I will either respond or like (depending on the message content) which will indicate that it has been read. I do want to say that this is by far my favorite platform, but I like to move at my own pace in order to sustain my creativity and love for making content.
